I am extremely proud & honored to have the support of Harris County District Attorney John B. Holmes, Jr. (1979-2000), for my campaign for Justice, 1st Court of Appeals. It was a great honor to work for him as an ADA & seek justice in his name.

I am extremely proud to announce more endorsements for my campaign for Justice, First Court of Appeals, Place 7. Both the Galveston & Texas City Municipal Police Associations endorsed me this week. Additionally, I am endorsed by Galveston County Commissioner, Pct 1, Darrell Apffel,
and Texas City Mayor, Matthew T. Doyle. The endorsements are special to me because I was born in raised in Galveston County. Thank you for your support and sharing this information about our campaign!

In addition to the endorsement of the Pearland Police Officers Association, I could not be more proud to announce the endorsements of my campaign for Justice, 1st Court of Appeals, Place 7, from two iconic Texas Lawmen: Sheriff E.J. “Joe” King & Chief John Blankenship. These two men have dedicated their lives to protect & serve the people of Brazoria County.

Yates represents David Daleiden, the Pro Life Champion who secretly taped and exposed Planned Parenthood for selling fetuses and baby body parts. After David’s videos went viral Texas Lt Gov Dan Patrick made a criminal Referall of PP for prosecution. But instead of indicting PP, Harris Co indicated David. Yates agreed to represent David—for free. Why? Because it was the right thing to do. After 10 months and hundreds of hours of work the cases against David were dismissed!
