The Early Start Development, PEARLS Mentoring Program is for females of all ages working together to build a stronger and empowering network of sisterhood that is preparing to make a difference within the community academically, professionally, spiritually, and personally, while being positive advocates embracing the power of collaboration, partnership, and community development.

The ESD PEARLS Mentoring Program fosters a model of entrepreneurial thinking, critical thinking, community service, Females and STEM, empowering mindset, and a networking sisterhood building one another forward and upward.

The ESD Pearls Mentoring Program community service initiative is A Purse for PEARLS, providing donated necessities to females in need, homeless females, college students struggling to make ends meet, and to the single parent needing a opportunity to pass first base in their lives. A Purse for PEARLS provides donated purses, backpacks and care boxes filled with school supplies, food, clothing, daily essentials, and much more.
