Houston Shaolin Temple

Recently, a few of our summer camp students had the honor to be trained under Grandmaster Shi De Shan. He is a 31st Generation Shaolin kung fu monk. Grandmaster Shi De Shan’s specialties are traditional Shaolin kungfu bare hand and weapons, hard qi gong and san da (san shou) sparring. We are very thankful and appreciative of the time and valuable lessons Grandmaster Shi De Shan has given to our students. We hope our students would be able to apply their experiences to their future training. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We came in and performed in front of an audience of judges, parents, students and other martial arts schools. We did our best and hope the audience could equally feel the overflowing energy and spirit from our students. We hope everyone had a great time as we did participating this year. Please keep looking forward to us next year!

It’s been very rewarding being able to witness all of our students working so hard in preparing for competition. We are very proud of each and every one of our students. Whether it is the students who were competing or not. We see all of your hard work and we are excited to continue seeing your growth. As coach always says “Let’s do it!”
