Steve Soileau has joined Crescere Digital as Vice President of Business Development. Crescere Digital, who ranked 7th on the 2025 Houston Business Journal’s list of largest Web Developers, is expanding and Soileau will be leading that growth for the company.
Soileau has spent the past 30 years in the oil and gas industry, most of that being with Baker Hughes. He spent 10 years in operations before transitioning into sales. From technical sales, to sales management and top management, Soileau filled many roles during his tenure Baker Hughes. “I developed and executed sales strategies that focused on performance and people,” said Soileau. Building relationships with clients; collaborating with marketing, operations and finance; and creating a high-performance sales team were just a few of his objectives.
“It may seem like a big jump from oil and gas to websites and online marketing. But when you consider the key fundamentals of the work I’ve been doing, it’s really not. My focus will always be excellence and performance for customers,” he said.
Soileau is a native of Houma, LA. He and his wife Christi reside in The Woodlands and have three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, biking, running, long backpacking trips and is a 2X Ironman triathlete.
