Wrapped up my first set of 2 a day workouts last night! 4.0 miles flat walk in the morning Monday and Tuesday, followed by 4.0 miles of hills Monday afternoon and 4.3 miles of hills yesterday afternoon. Today is a day off! Of the $7,093.52 awarded in scholarships for the 2025 Fall semester, over half came from so many of you who have supported my Hill Country Walk fundraiser October 3-4. Please continue with your support and help me reach my goal of raising $20,000 for scholarships for our amazing kids. If you are a company or just a very generous person, I am looking for a t-shirt sponsor so that 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to provide a scholarship to a kid who has lost a parent to cancer. Call me at (281) 202-4625 if you are interested. You will be prominently displayed on a very cool t-shirt! www.mopieu.org

Never in my wildest dreams would I have believed that my Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie for Mo Pie U would be published in a cook book, but thanks to Tara Steele and The Bake Shop, we are now published! Keep Your Fork, There's Pie is hitting the shelves now and Tara is beginning a book tour and she will be signing books all over the state. She will be in Katy at Ace Hardware on November 8th. God is great!
