Creating customized memorable experiences for my clients is one of my favorite things about being a private chef. 🔥
This past weekend, I prepared a special menu for my clients and their + 14 guests to celebrate a house warming and birthday. Every course was paired with a unique wine taking the entire meal over the top.
Plating course 4 here: a beautifully sous vide beef tenderloin seared on cast iron before laying over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Who doesn’t love a little meat and potato action. 🥩
