Most of the people who opt for my weightloss programs regularly skip their breakfast.
You must know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
After you skip you're going to binge eat your next meal that comes after breakfast which is totally going to ruin your metabolism on top of your low blood sugar levels and lethargy on the start of the day.
If you feel sick in the morning which is the main reason most of you give to me, then following tips might help you out
👉Sleep properly and timely because lack of sleep makes you feel sick in the morning,thus you skip breakfast.
👉Take milkshakes or yoghurt smoothies as they are easy to gulp in breakfast before you leave home.
👉 Take any seasonal fruit or apple which will make you feel hungry in an hour
👉Even if you feel sick, cold cereals are easy to eat and the high fiber in them makes you feel hungry in an hour so then you can munch on some snacks right after that like nuts, fruits or a sandwich.

On daily basis I come across alot of clients and patients with all these symptoms.
The main reason behind these symptoms are sometimes self acclaimed diets inspired by google and YouTube and sometimes ignorance to one's health and lifestyle due to busy schedules or chaos in life.
With such constant issues, the quality of life is abruptly imbalanced.
Hence some useful advices to follow..
✔️Get your CBC profile done!
iron deficiency or low iron stores can make you lethargic, followed my cranky moods and a lack of appetite.
✔️Watch out your diet if it lacks essential fatty acids or protein based foods like eggs, red meat, nuts and seeds etc.
Hair fall or hair loss could be the reason. Also, skin problems could be the result of it.
Add them through foods and in severe deficiencies, overcome with supplements.
✔️Eat more vitamin D rich foods because dry skin could be the result of it.
For skin also add vitamin c rich foods like citrus fruits and colorful vegetables.
Also include fish in your diet once a week.
✔️Drink warm milk at night with honey and pinch turmeric to get rid of stiffness of body at morning and it is helpful for a good sleep, it revitalize your energy.
Also, make a routine for a daily walk or any workout.
✔️Do not restrict carbs (fruits, chapati, rice etc) whether you diet or not.
Lack of carbs means less glucose for brain to function.
Instead go for proper portion sizes of foods and small frequent munching to avoid over eating.

Sharing the transformation of this sweet girl, my client from Ontario.
