I love fresh scallop crudo and looking back, here are some of my variations. This was from a while back because my source of microgreens went out of business.

The hand hammered wok was a gift from a friend 40 years ago.
Inside the vegetable part of the stir fry: Toasted sesame oil, olive oil, tamari sauce, mirin, lime juice and fish sauce for the liquids:
Broccoli, carrots, onions, garlic, zucchini and enoki mushrooms for the vegetables.
