We are looking for a Social Media Leads Assistant to add locals to our page, instragram, pinterest, etc, write posts, edit, gather, record contact information and follow-up to make appointments with these potential buyers and sellers, so I can follow-up with an in person meeting. This would be a flat-fee rate of $50 for buyers and $100 for sellers for each appointment and appointment criteria for the buyer and/or seller and myself. For all the posts created and contacts recorded appropriately a $100 flat-fee will be given to the associate on a monthly basis.
Once there are more tasks for the associate the associate will be able to make more.
No calls needed, only follow-up with leads of interest to set appointments.
Looking for candidates familiar with advertising.
