Isn't this a lovely thought? Working, while holding a baby and SMILING the entire time?

Do we have moments like this as working moms? Well, sure.

However, we also have PLENTY of moments that look nothing like this.

When we see images like this on social media, we quickly start to feel shame and like we are not enough.

When the truth is, no one does this perfectly. All you really need to do is find the right balance FOR YOU!

I find that most moms struggle with understanding what needs to change for them to experience peace and balance.

When a client completes their initial assessment with me, which is , I typically experience a huge aha moment when I read through it.

It's an amazing experience to help moms uncover this and truly experience a different life.

Moms, you do not have to wait until your kids are older, your job changes, you pay increases, this season is over, etc. You can make that change now. I did it. I have helped others do it and I can help you too.

If you have a teenager, especially in the era of no social contact, teenage anxiety can produce problems.
If your teenage child is feeling anxious make sure to let them know it’s normal to feel like that sometimes!
After acknowledging their fear and taking it seriously it is important to gently encourage the child to do the things they’re anxious about but never push them into a situation they don’t want to face.
Try setting up small goals for things that they feel a little anxious about. Encourage them to meet their goals and face their fears in a healthy, relaxed, and safe way!
Tell your child about the worries you had as a teenager and remind them that a lot of other kids are feeling stressed too. Help them understand it’s normal to go through big emotions and talk about other emotions
Show them love, show them affection, hug them regularly tell them that you love them!
Avoid labeling them as anxious and check if you’re being a good role model in the ways of how you are dealing with your emotions.
How did you deal with your anxiety? Leave some tips below.
