Dhanyavad Development LLC partners own and operate multiple hotels; collectively we have owned and operated hotels for over 40 years. We have developed numerous hotels from the ground up. Over the years we have built strong relationships with various hotel corporations by providing high-quality assurance scores and superior delivery of customer service. We are tremendously proud of the impacts of job creation, development value, as well as voluntary local community support.
Niraj, Vipal and Chetan Patel make the Dhanyavad Development team. They all have various background with common values, integrity, and solid business principles. During their tenure, each has held various positions (Bio Chemist, CTO, Finance/Business admin, etc…) on the corporate ladder. Each has owned and operated their own hotels; then have grouped to combine their experience and success to grow with each other's strengths and relish their entrepreneurial passion
