I spent the morning with the Conroe Mounted Police Department and the fabulous saddle fitter Laurie MacDonald. We were able to shim some Ecogold western pads for a couple of horses that were having saddle fit issues and make things a lot more comfortable for them. Today was such a good reminder of how important saddle fit is and to get the help of a professional if you are unsure of how your tack is fitting. The ability to shim our Ecogold pads is such a benefit to make adjustments, especially as your horse grows or changes body shape. So impressed with the group of officers out there and their program!
