I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years and they gave me a clean bill of health. I even smoked for seven of those 10 years and they couldn't even tell I smoked. I was worried the dentist would berate me for having years of plaque but it was an easy clean and they told me I was doing a great job. I use this for 2 weeks straight beforehand, and now I use it every other day or as needed. I love this stuff and will you use it forever. I only even use it for a minute then brush with a regular toothpaste after.
