Sunscreen is one of the most important products to incorporate into your skin care routine, no matter how much more or less melanin you have.

Sunscreen is great for a number of things including: protecting your skin from UV rays reducing the appearance of sun damage on your face, reducing the risk of skin cancer, and help your skin maintain a more even skin tone.

Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C which is great for boosting your immune system aid with fighting colds, flus, and respiratory diseases. The vitamin C content also boosts collagen production in your skin.
They are loaded with flavonoids (make the strawberries bright red) which are great for offsetting cardiovascular diseases and lower cholesterol.
Finally, the dietary fiber help boosts digestion and make for a great low calorie snack!
