I would like to congratulate my client .issa.johnson for her hardwork and dedication to her fitness. She came to me after her postpartum period looking to burn off fat and get fit for her wedding. She followed her meal plan as best she could and pushed hard in every workout. Her big day came and not only did she lose over 40 pounds of fat, she added lean muscle and strength. Congratulations Larissa on your marriage. I'm looking forward to continuing helping you on your fitness journey.

Empower yourself with this full body workout.
Killing today's workout! 👏👏👏
💪💪💪

-Db high plank to pike toe reach 24 reps

-Db squat curl (double curl) 12 reps

-Db high plank row 12 reps each side

-Kettlebell swings (Can use a dumbbell) 20 reps

-Db alternating side lunge to upright row 12 reps

-Db burpee 12 reps

-Db bicep curl to shoulder press 12 reps

-high knees 30 reps

-jumping jacks 30 reps

Rest 2 minutes between circuits. Repeat 3 times.
