What Makes a House a Home?
There’s nothing more dispiriting than putting so much effort into building a home, only to discover on move-in that the dining room is too small for your antique table or that you should have made the kitchen breakfast bar much bigger so that the kids and their friends would have a place to hang out. I can help you design a home that optimizes space and puts each room to work for you. I love helping clients build homes that are a perfect fit for the way they want to live!
Born in Henley-on-Thames, England, I attended Oxford College of Art. I trained with Harrods of London as a buyer before moving to the United States in 1990, and I’ve been a Woodlands area resident since 1995. I became a licensed real estate agent in 1998.
As a multi-million dollar producer with RE/MAX, I specialize in The Woodlands and surrounding areas, including acreage and ranch properties. Over the years, I’ve personally built seven homes of my own, and I am fully conversant in the building and remodeling process, which has been invaluable in advising my clients who are considering the option of a new home.
Through Home Designs by Andrea, I use my experience and expertise to help real estate and non-real estate clients from start to finish with the home design and/remodeling process. I work closely with talented local builders, architects and decorators, and I can offer you invaluable advice, from initial design through final interior and exterior selections.
