Long post alert…
In three days my son is going to announce his commitment to play D1 Football. I’m incredibly proud of US! It took a village to get here. I’m grateful for all his coaches and mentors along the way. I’ve learned a lot about life through this journey. Who to trust. How to ask for help. It has not been easy. I’ve made a lot of mistakes. I’ve had a lot of sleepless nights. Shed some tears. Maxed my credit cards. Missed moments with my other children. Prayed and prayed and prayed.

Now it is the next part of the journey. The hardest part starts Friday but the work we’ve done to get here has laid a solid foundation of what we have to do next.

I hope you will join us May 9th at Panther Stadium after the spring game ~ 7 pm for Daryl’s commitment announcement. I am so proud of keep grinding baby boy.
