☀️This summer of soccer Discovery Green will be home to variety of food trucks offering a mix of food from various backgrounds. Every Thursday through Sunday and Houston game days expect delicious treats in the park from some of Houston's amazing vendors. This mix of food showcases the diverse community of Houston and the delicious creations from around the world.

🎨Mini Makers Workshop

⚽Make your own summer of soccer momento at Mini Makers Workshop with the Discovery Green Ambassadors. Together we'll unleash the artist within to make something colorful and unique. Attendees will also go home with a kids book donated by the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation. Crafts are $2 per family and while supplies last.

Discovery Green is highlighting the best of Houston during this year’s summer of soccer with a mix of music from soulful jazz to vibrant salsa music. Join the celebration and bring your friends and family out for a Sunday afternoon picnic. Mark your calendars and get ready to eat, dance and have fun.

🧘Yoga en Español presented by UTHealth Houston

✨This FREE yoga class offers a relaxing session of sound meditation and strengthening for Houston's Spanish speakers. Led by Union Is Creation and , this class is taught entirely in Spanish but also welcomes non Spanish-speaking guests to follow along and pick up a word or two. All fitness levels are welcomed.

✨Esta clase de yoga gratuita ofrece una sesión relajante de meditación sonora y fortalecimiento para los hispanoblantes de Houston. Guiada por Union Is Creation y hungryyogi_ , esta clase se imparte completamenta en español, pero también da bienvenida a los invitados que no hablan español para que la sigany aprendan una o dos palabras. Todos los niveles de condición física son bienvenidos.

🧘Join a fun class of Hip Hop beats, lighthearted humor and inclusivity. Yoga Queen Academy leads each class with "options", providing a safe pace for all fitness levels and abilities. Reconnect with your body, discover your community and most importantly have FUN! This class is completely free and all you need is a mat to participate.

🧘Celebrate International Day of Yoga at Discovery Green!

🌎Houston yogis, we're calling you for an evening of restoration, strengthening and community. This celebration features Bollywood Dancing and guided sessions by advanced yogis.

✨At 8 pm participants can walk a labyrinth while bathed in sound from many local musicians and healers as part of Make Music Day. Attendees are encouraged to bring cans of food that will be used to outline the labyrinth path. After the event, the food will be donated to the Houston Food Bank.

✨Fitness is for EVERYONE! Discovery Green offers a variety of fitness classes through out the week. From Spanish speakers and senior citizens, to children and wheelchair users, these classes become a place of growth and community for all. Each class is FREE! All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water bottle and maybe even a friend.

♻️For all our downtown and recycling friends, Discovery Green offers a recycling bin every Saturday from 9 am - 4 pm. The bin is provided by the City of Houston to encourage Houstonians to reduce waste. Protect the Earth by dropping off your clean plastics, paper, glass and aluminum.
