I have to share this win 💕
I’ve always hated shopping. I’d leave feeling defeated, uncomfortable, and frustrated -even as a kid.
But this weekend, I grabbed a pair of soft PJs at a boutique, bought a Large (something I never would’ve done before), and hoped for the best.
They fit. 🥹
Down 65+ lbs since January- but more than that, I’ve gained freedom.
Freedom to shop without shame.
Freedom to enjoy moments like this again.
Freedom to feel proud in my own skin.
This journey has changed so much more than my body. 💪
It’s changed how I see myself.
