📚Happy Independent Bookstore Day

🥰I was so excited to visit owned by in stunningly beautiful Bastrop today.

🔥This bookshop is unreal. So much to love: The layout, the exposed walls, the serious amount
of natural light, the smell of books and wood and leather, the gorgeous kids section and especially the oh so helpful lady behind the counter who helped me find a book I’ve been dying to read!

🔥Ryan’s synopsis on Claire Keegan’s, Small things like these was absolutely spot on. I actually, properly laughed out loud! I devoured that book in 2 days- it was that fab (and perfectly tiny!). What a book.

🔥I came away with 3 books, one which was recommended on their IG page, which is also amazing. I have promised myself another visit there very soon. What is better than an independent bookshop on the main street of a gorgeous town?
