South Seas Productions
South Seas Productions is Houston’s premier entertainment group & dance school, dedicated to celebrating & sharing the Pacific Islands' vibrant culture.
Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸
What an incredible honor for South Seas Productions to be invited to perform as part of the City of Stafford’s 250th Celebration of America, hosted by Councilwoman Alice Chen and Asia Society Texas.
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the many hours of rehearsals, preparation, and teamwork that went into bringing this celebration to life. It was truly special to share the stage with so many talented cultural groups from across Greater Houston, each showcasing the rich diversity that makes our community so vibrant.
We are especially grateful to the Houston Consulate Generals for presenting South Seas Productions with an award recognizing our efforts and contributions within the Greater Houston community. It is truly an honor to be recognized alongside so many incredible cultural organizations, and we remain committed to preserving and sharing the beauty of Polynesian culture through education and performance.
Happy Independence Day and happy 250th birthday, America! 🇺🇸🌺 Wishing everyone a safe, fun, and memorable Fourth of July weekend!

Celebrating Mes CHamoru with something close to the heart. 🇬🇺
Our Sunrise Surfer band had the honor of covering “Sen Guaiya Håo Guåhan” alongside our very own CHamoru band member, Rachel—sharing a piece of home through music.
Mes CHamoru is a time to honor the language, culture, and traditions of Guam and the Mariana Islands, and to keep those connections strong across generations—no matter where we are in the world.
Proud to carry the culture with us and share it with our community here at home.
Watch the full cover on YouTube—link in bio. This is the first release in our Sunrise Surfer series as we share more covers leading up to AAPI Month in May.
Because celebrating CHamoru culture isn’t just for one month—it’s something we carry with us always.

This holiday season invites us to slow down and reflect on the moments that truly matter. As we come to the close of our very first year together, our hearts are full of gratitude.
Earlier this month, we were blessed with the opportunity to perform at the City of Sugar Land’s Christmas Tree Lighting Festival. What made this moment especially meaningful was sharing the stage with family - mothers and daughters dancing hula side by side, many for the very first time. Thank you to for this wonderful opportunity.
Watching them move together was a quiet reminder of the beauty found in togetherness, love, and shared experiences. Family is one of life’s greatest gifts, and this season gently reminds us to cherish it.
May your holidays be filled with warmth, love, and precious moments with those you hold close 🤍✨
