Meet Katherine Castello, our 2026-2027 FBJSL Director of Technology!
Katherine joined the Fort Bend Junior Service League in 2024 and served as the Reining Strength Placement Lead following her provisional year.
She joined FBJSL with two goals: to give back to her community in a meaningful way, and to meet other like-minded women with hearts for service. In her third year with the league, she can confirm that this organization has provided both opportunities to her.
She arrived in Fort Bend by way of Shanghai, China, having previously lived in Ethiopia, the Dominican Republic, and a myriad of other places. She has twin 16-year-olds and three grown children with her husband Jason. When she’s not volunteering or designing beautiful interiors, she works at her ranch.

Through FBJSL, women have opportunities to develop leadership skills, manage projects, serve on committees, lead teams, and grow both personally and professionally. The confidence and experience gained through service often extends far beyond the League and into careers, families, and the community.
