The Best way to get back at a narcissist and or an abuser : BE HAPPY SMILE DON'T LET THEM SEE THEY HURT YOU OR MAKE YOU SUFFER IN ANY WAY BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY LOVE THEY WANT TO SEE THAT THEY BROKE YOU!! IN GENERAL BEST WAY TO DEAL WITH THE NASTY PEOPLE YOU MAY DEAL WITH. MISERY LOVES COMPANY AND THAT'S WHAT THE BULLY'S THE WORLD WANT!! SO GIVE A SMILE N SAY HEY HAVE A GREAT DAY BECAUSE IM GOING TO!! You can be the one in control of your happiness it's all in your response. Haters will be just that. People will start to look at you in a different way and treat you better as well!! Again I learned the hard way. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF BE MISTREATED BE THE CONFIDENT AND BEAUTIFUL SOUL YOU ARE..

A narcissist will always be better at everything.
You will never be as good as in their eyes.
Abusers comes in all shapes,sizes, ethnicity's background's and sex's and or how they identify. The baseball rule 3 strikes n you are out is a good relationship rule too. If you see red flags don't say to yourself oh but .... 3 strikes run run run!!! I learned the hard way.
