Red Flags is a program that helps youth, parents and building staff recognize and respond to signs of depression and related mental health issues.
Red Flags National, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental health in schools, is seeking candidates for an Executive Director position. The position reports to the Board of Directors and the individual will be responsible for overall strategic planning, revenue generation, financial management, organizational development, and program operations.
Qualifications: a minimum of a four-year college degree and 3-5 years experience working in a non-profit setting. Experience in the mental health field is preferred. The ideal candidate will share in the belief that mental health is a critical factor in a child’s development and ability to learn, and will promote mental health education as an integral part of the infrastructure of K-12 institutions.
