As the founders of Victory Team Movement, Branden and Larissa Gaddis, see value in everyone. The mission of their ministry and business and where they coined the phrase “We will Win” is expressed through a familiar hand gesture known as the peace sign. This small gesture, began in their courtship, back in 2017. This symbol has encouraged them as well as many others without words as it in fact makes the letter V, a reminder that we have Victory to overcome all of the things life brings at us. The Victory Team Movement was created to empower men and women, young or old through faith and godliness to live victorious by partnering with Jesus Christ in all areas of life. They do this by, educating the word of God, empowering through practical life application, and cultivating a space for the Holy Spirit to transform.
