Six years. ☀️🏌️🐑

Last week, returned to Nashville for our sixth year as a sponsor of the NFL Alumni - Tennessee Chapter Caring for Kids Charity Golf Classic. Many of the NFL alumni, business leaders, and friends we spent time with have been part of our extended network for more than 16 years through School of the Legends, NFL Alumni, business ventures, coaching engagements, and a lot of life lived along the way.

That's what makes this one of the easiest "yes" decisions on our calendar every year.

This year added a new chapter.

After nearly two years of building, we were excited to introduce our small business growth and coaching offerings at the tournament for the first time, bringing BAILOR's approach to growth, leadership, and scalability to a new audience of entrepreneurs and business owners.

We also spent part of the day behind the camera asking NFL alumni, founders, executives, and business leaders a simple question: "What's one of the biggest challenges of growing your business?"

We'll be sharing those conversations with YOU in the weeks ahead. 🎤

And somewhere between the interviews, the Tennessee heat, and MANY visits from the famous Hermitage sheep, brought home the Runner-Up trophy. 🐑🏆
