My aunt TT took me to my race this morning Crossroads MX Track (our absolute FAVE track)! Mom and dad are dealing with a few things over the next week. We are so thankful for family and the community God has blessed us with at the tracks.

This weekend was probably the most fun we’ve had racing 🎉 thank you Stoke Run Action Sports Park for having such a great facility and track. Rhett rode in completely different dirt (aka slick mud) and cement 👀 he pushed through all the muddy falls and the scary cement bowl turns and had a great time. He got to race his best friend and raced his new scoop tire in the mud. While we always strive to do our best, 1st place is never our priority. Learning the track, learning what you can do on your bike, finishing your race, and having fun is the most important. So even though he got a 4th place and a 2nd place, we had an absolute blast with our besties and so many of our track community friends! We are so blessed and I pray this weekend becomes a core memory for both these kiddos. Rhett ripped it on his e2. And Porter is beginning to learn his stacyc and getting pretty dang good on his balance bike 🤩

Took home a 1st and a 4th place today in his two classes and now we have one tired kid ! This was the first time he raced his PW at an actual race and he kept up pretty well! Rhett raced his heart out. While we didn’t get the big win (since he was the only one in his e bike class), we are able to teach Rhett consistency. Keep showing up, keep practicing, and keep believing in yourself. And honestly, I’ve never seen him race so hard. We are so proud ! Also, Porter is about to smoke us all on his stacyc 🤩 thinking we need to get him a real helmet !

Ps: FMX Paradise was an awesome track! Crossroads MX Track and Central Ohio Motocross Series y’all did an awesome job today. I know the speaker situation wasn’t ideal, but the races ran smoothly and the plaques turned out great. Y’all make us feel like family. We’ll see you at Mansfield Speedway next week! Mansfield is a bit closer to home for us so if anyone is wanting to cheer us on we’d love to hang out with y’all!
