Adam was diagnosed with AML on his 13th Birthday. He then relapsed at 14 & a stem cell transplant.

Not gonna say much bc I don’t want the water works to start. I’m so THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL for this day and every day that we have with Adam. I can’t wait to see all the great things that are ahead of him. Once again we thank you all for your love and support, prayers and gifts. They say it takes a village but for us it took a team. We love you !
