At Infinite Shift, I offer Reiki and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) to support healing, self-discovery, and energetic balance. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater ease. I also host occasional Cacao Ceremonies and Silent Journeys, creating opportunities for deeper reflection, connection and transformation.

I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about the soul, who we are at a soul level. I’ve been doing much research, taking small little workshop courses online, reading blogs, doing meditations, watching YouTube videos, all so I can be a better and stronger version of myself.

Something that I already knew, but can now REALLY feel is, we are all connected.

Not just us, connected as people. But, EVERYTHING.

The trees. The grass. The animals. The earth beneath our feet. The person standing next to you in line. The stranger across the world. Me. You.

I am you.
You are me.

We may look different, think differently, believe different things, and walk different paths, but underneath it all, we are connected in ways we can’t fully see or understand.

Imagine a giant mirror ball reflecting light in thousands of directions. Each reflection appears separate, yet every beam comes from the same light.

What if the person you’re judging is another version of yourself?

What if the person you’re helping is another version of yourself?

What if every act of kindness, compassion, understanding, and love is something we’re actually giving back to the whole because we are the whole?

There is so much division in the world right now. So much anger. So much “us versus them.”

But what if there is no “them”?

What if there is only “us”?

Maybe the more we remember that, the more we choose love over judgment, compassion over criticism, and connection over separation.

Maybe that’s how we begin to change the world.

AND when I work with others, I’m also working on myself. There is no separation. The human mind will not be able to figure this out, but something inside of you will resonate. Don’t try to figure it out. Feel it, and know.
I’ve known for awhile, I felt it a little, but lately? I feel it deep within, and it’s a pretty badass feeling.
The experiences I’ve been having lately, the ‘a ha’ moments during meditations, the light bulbs clicking while watching videos or doing workshops.
I’ll be bringing all this knowledge, all these new experiences and upgrades into your healings.

DAY 1: ROOT CHAKRA

I absolutely love dreamwork. I have been working on remembering my dreams, deciphering them, and working through things in my subconscious that I’m not necessarily aware of in my waking state. When we start to understand what our dreams are showing us, it brings those things into our conscious awareness, and just like that, things can begin to shift, simply because we see them.

The subconscious knows everything, and it uses our dreams because we’re never fully asleep 100%. There’s a part of us that is always awake, and a part of us that is always healing. It uses our dreams to gently bring forward what hasn’t been fully healed or understood yet, allowing us to see it, feel it, and begin to move through it.
