Boost your collagen to defy your age

Nourishing means feeding our skin, that is, regenerating the cells of the epidermis and strengthening the natural protective barrier of lipids to avoid dehydration and dryness.

The older we get, the more nutrition our skin cells need. This is because when we get older, we progressively stop regenerating cells, thus we need extra help to be able to do so.

Depends on your age, but it’s recommended to ingest at least 6,000mg of collagen peptides daily to trigger fibroblast activity in the dermis. Anything less and you are unlikely to see any results. The older we get, the higher dose we need.
