Peter Jensen (he/him) is graduating with a B.M. in Sound Recording Technology.
My favorite piece I’ve performed at IC was Rzewski's Les Moutons de Panurge. It was a totally new kind of piece for me and the performances we had of it were extremely memorable.
My favorite percussion memory is the Christmas parties at Conrad's house and getting to geek out over all his gear.
My future plan is to work at Germano Studios in Manhattan and pursue a career in sound!
If I could go back and change one thing in my college career I would take time to do the community activities around campus and make more of an effort to spend time outside the school of music.
My advice to current and incoming students is to remember to enjoy your time here, and don't lose sight of what drew you to music in the first place.
Congratulations on graduating and good luck at Germano Studios!

Ratewenniio George (he/him) is graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree.
My favorite piece I’ve performed at IC was Khan Variations by Alejandro Viñao. It was a piece I promised I’d be able to play at IC since it was the first piece I saw someone play live at the school.
My favorite IC percussion memory was conducting a percussion ensemble piece I wrote when I was a freshman on a percussion ensemble concert.
After graduating I plan on moving to LA to compose music for film!
If I could go back and change one thing about my college experience I would take composition classes or lessons to focus my skills more.
My advice to current and incoming students is to never let your passions go to the sideline, even if it has nothing to do with your major.

Greg Savino (he/him) is graduating with a B.A. in Percussion Performance.
My favorite piece to play at IC was Sibelius Symphony No. 2. This has been a piece very close to my heart and being able to play it at IC allowed me to see all the growth that has happened here at IC.
My favorite studio memory was all the fun memories made on the drives to PASIC each year. It’s the perfect time to grow close to each of your studio mates.
Next year I will be attending Boston University to get a masters degree in arts administration!
If I could go back and change one thing I would make sure to take advantage of all of the wonderful opportunities and concerts that other instruments bring in.
My advice to current and incoming students is to make sure to find something outside the music school that you love. Music school can be very demanding and having the escape is a way to balance your life.

Patrick Roche (he/him), our graduate student, is graduating with an M.M. in Percussion Performance. My favorite piece I’ve performed at IC is Water, Wine, Brandy, Brine. Who doesn't love a quartet for wine glasses? And my favorite IC percussion memory was playing Scheherezade.
My future plans are teaching!
If I could go back and change one thing in my college career, I would plan things out a lot more.
My advice to current and incoming students is organizing yourself makes everything easier! Today is also Patrick's birthday, so wish him a happy birthday! Congratulations on earning another degree and we wish you luck in your future!
