Road Man

If you look directly behind me, there’s a barn swallow nest right on my front porch. They did the most amazing construction of the nest over the course of a day. The engineering is impressive! It is sweet to have some visitors while they wait to hatch their babies.

I love how life sometimes swirls magically around music…. There’s a moment where the wind picks up and the chimes begin to ring, and the birds take flight, and the dog chases them, and my attention shifts away from the song and back to the simple reality of things. The world is humming with life all around us. If we slow down enough to acknowledge and appreciate it. It’s gonna be a beautiful day! And don’t forget, I love you. ❤️
