This December, Second Chance Outreach Learning Center is joyfully celebrating 6 years of changing lives, restoring hope, and empowering futures and we couldn’t have done it without the love and support of our community!
As we look back over the past six years, we are filled with gratitude for every student who earned their GED, every family who received support from our food pantry, and every life that found new purpose through our Workforce High School Diploma and GED Preparation Program.
To continue this life-changing work, we are launching our “$6,000 for 6 Years” Anniversary Fundraiser.

(ATTENTION MID-FALL CLASS 2024 ALERT)!! Second Chance Outreach Learning Center will be offering PTCB/MedCa Exam Preparation Pharmacy Technician. This will be 12 weeks of training starting November 16, 2024, until February 1, 2025. Classes will be held on Saturday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in-person. Our office is located at 11 Northtown Drive Suite 225, Jackson, MS 39211". Please contact our admission office at 601-842-4718 for information to register. "Second Chance Outreach Learning Center" is not authorized by the Commission on Proprietary Schools and College Registration (CPSCR).
