Wheel Innovations is growing! Immediate full time opening for a motivated individual ready for a fast paced position in a growing industry. Wheel Innovations is a family owned business since 1999 and operates an extremely busy wheel reconditioning and repair plant.

As a Wheel Repair Technician, you will be working in a team environment performing tasks associated with reconditioning Alloy Wheels, Wheel Straightening and Mount & Balancing Wheels.

Previous experience a plus, but will provide paid training to the right candidate. Not all skills below will be required upon hiring, training will be provided.

Immediate Full Time position responsibilities include:
Sanding
Prepping
Painting
Welding
Straightening
Powder coating
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, for example: provide technical assistance to helpers, orient and train new employees, etc.
Room for growth within the company for a motivated and dedicated individual
Must be a self directed and motivated individual comfortable in a fast paced environment

Requirements:
Auto prep, painting and/or collision repair training a plus
Mechanical skills
Self-starter and can work independently
Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift approximately 60 pounds
