I get asked many times whats my WHY? It’s simple, FAMILY. As a husband and father I wanted to put my family in a position of becoming self sufficient. In a world full of uncertainties and food full of crap I wanted my family have high quality food sources whether it’s hand raised meat choices or food from the garden. To simply go grocery shopping in the backyard. It may not be the 40 acres and a mule that our ancestors were promised, but it’s OUR PEACE , OUR FREEDOM. Stocking up the freezer again with hand raised Cornish Cross chickens, we haven’t purchased chicken from a store in over 1 year and never will. Better quality, lessons along the way, and not to mention CHEAPER!

Our Kountry Affair was a blast. After rain storms come clear skies and fun. We couldn’t tell who was the star of the night , the farm raised smoked pig or the steppers dancing all night.
