Feeling immense gratitude and awe for the practitioners and volunteers in these photos, and for those who aren’t pictured but are equally part of this experience.
This first week of Intuitive Anatomy has been filled with courage, vulnerability, insight, compassion, laughter, and connection.
Each person has shown up willing to explore themselves honestly, support one another, and do the inner work that creates lasting change.
The messages, reflections, and experiences that have been shared throughout the week have been a beautiful reminder of what becomes possible when people come together with open hearts and a willingness to learn, grow, and heal.
Honoring each of you and all that you’ve contributed to this journey.

You’re not dramatic.
You may just be carrying what no one else has been willing to see.
You may be the one who holds the family, holds the emotions, holds the schedule, holds the healing, holds the “it’s fine” face, and still wonders why you feel like you’re not doing enough.
Somewhere along the way, your system may have learned that your value comes from how much you can do, fix, manage, or endure.
That is not self-worth.
That is survival.
That is performative peace.
Your sacred no is the moment where you stop saying yes to others when it is a no for you.
It is the place where you recognize, “If I say yes here, I am saying no to myself.”
And then, instead of guilt, you choose to honor the truth in your body.
You are allowed to say no when it is a no for you.
You are allowed to say yes to others when it is also a true yes for you.
You are allowed to choose what nourishes you without proving, explaining, or earning your worth.
Your no is sacred because it protects your presence.
And your presence, not your performance, is the gift.
