Here’s the thing about 3PM energy crashes…

Have you ever been dismissed when you intuitively knew something was off?

For much of my life, I had health symptoms no one could explain.
Nagging fatigue. Constant nervousness. Immune dysregulation.

Doctors ran tests, everything always came back “fine,” and sometimes they even implied that my sense of what was happening in my own body was just ridiculous.

But my intuition told me otherwise.

And the truth is, growing up in a traumatic environment wires your whole system for hyper-vigilance and keeps your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight or adrenal overload.

That was the moment that I realized no one was going to figure this out for me. I started diving into the mind-body connection, biochemistry, functional nutrition, family patterns, and later… genetics.

That’s when it finally all made sense.
