Serviced of West Michigan is looking for a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and surrounding areas. What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair various residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal appliance performance.
Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers, providing excellent service.
Complete accurate service reports and manage truck stock.
Adhere to all safety regulations and stay updated on new appliance technologies.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in Appliance repair preferable
Strong mechanical & troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with diagnostic tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license in good standing.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is ideal.
EPA certification is desirable.
Self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
