In the past few weeks I've had a chance to talk with some pregnant moms who've been in our prenatal yoga class with Alison See. I watched their eyes light up when they talked about their Wednesday night sessions.

"It really helped me to slow down once a week and have that time to myself. Our house is really busy, and it gave me a chance to connect with the baby."
