With deep sorrow and a heavy heart we will be closing our kitchen for the foreseeable future
 
I would first like to thank the wonderful team we built at Pesca, who were instrumental in Pesca receiving so many awards and being so popular! It was a pleasure working alongside such dedicated people. Thank you so much for believing in our concept and having unwavering faith and loyalty in our dream.
 
Most importantly, I want to thank you, the city of Bigfork and our loyal customers, who were the reason I loved going to work every day.  Your acceptance of Pesca was extremely gratifying. Thank you for your loyal Patronage and keeping an open mind and an insatiable appetite for our new and creative ways of using Montana products in our dishes and drinks.

Our second new fall salad is a
Hydroponics red oak lettuce and frisee salads topped with Turkish Figs and Granny Smith apples than finished with toasted walnuts, Gorgonzola crumbles, and a Fig balsamic vinaigrette.
