What happens when settling occurs in areas with foundation over dig? Over time, the void can lead to continued settling, cracking, or even structural movement - especially beneath slabs, walkways, or adjoining flatwork. The fix? High-density polyurethane foam.

Instead of tearing everything out and redoing the area, we can come in under the concrete (or sometimes drill small, strategic holes) and inject structural foam beneath the affected section. The foam expands to fill the void, compacts any loose soil, and lifts/supports the structure. It’s fast, clean, and minimizes disruption compared to traditional repair methods.
