I just want to thank everyone waiting for Book 2's release for being so patient with me. I know I'd originally said I intended to release it within a few months from December, but there were a few setbacks that occurred between then and now. I've gotten my book back from my editor after they had various hurdles to overcome on their end, but now I have to bring my computer in for a few things that I've been putting off for a while, primarily for freezing and needing an update. Once I get it back, I'll complete Book 2's final touchups and send it to my formatter.
On top of all this, I'd been overwhelmed with other things outside of writing, especially with the results of the March 10 storm. But, despite everything going on, Book 2 WILL come out in the future. I just don't have an estimated timeframe right now due to things not lining up as I want them to right now. So, don't lose faith in me, I haven't forgotten about my readers. I appreciate everyone's patience with me!

I have finally created an emailing list/newsletter, where I plan to reveal exclusive content, such as character illustrations (which I draw by hand and manually touch up on my computer), sneak peeks, event announcements, and updates about future books, including Book 2 of The Freedom Fighter Saga, which DOES have a title, a cover, and a manuscript that is still being constructed between my editor and I.
I don't have an exact release date YET, but the email list will be the first to know when I have a clearer idea on pre-orders and a release date.

Hi all! Just giving an update on my writing progress. I've been working on the second book in 'The Freedom Fighter Saga' for some time. My editing work is still in progress, but it's difficult to manage because I have very little free time and writing/editing demands a lot of mental energy. But I'd rather take a long time to release a quality product than rush to release a sub-par one. I have a list of things I'm trying to achieve right now, from getting my second book ready to setting up a website sometime in the future and releasing character illustrations that I've hand-drawn. It's probably a good thing I don't know how to use AI for anything. 😆 I prefer doing everything by hand, anyway, from writing to artwork. Although some of my illustrations I have colored/edited with a manual digital coloring program on my computer.
In the meantime, I have spoken little about my current book that's available, Symphony of Steel, as I've been trying to concentrate on working on my second one, which has been a challenge but is slowly and surely coming along.
I brought the E-book price for Symphony of Steel down to $2.99 recently for anyone without Kindle Unlimited wanting to check it out. I do also sell paperbacks for $17, either directly or through Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

BOOK EVENT #4 COMING UP!
On Sunday, March 24th, from 9:30am-4pm, I will be returning to Collector Con 2024 at the Kankakee Expo Center at the fairgrounds, selling and signing copies of my fantasy-fiction novel, Symphony of Steel.
