Key West Shuffle

The day, the famous Captain Tony goliath grouper was mounted on the new sign at Captain Tonys Saloon, my grandfather had that fish mounted on his car since 1968 I was actually picked up at the airport in 1969 in that rambler station wagon of his with that fish, I was only 13 but that image was burned into my brain in 1970 that’s 53 years ago the fish was mounted on the new sign and as far as the quarter game my grandfather‘s manager, Peter and myself invented  that game in 1976 when I started working at the bar we were making five dollar bets who gets a quarter in first, Key West the way it was and by the way we are in the process of posting close to 500 amazing images of Key West back then check out my new page “Key West the way it was.” We are also a Building Aids Incredible webpage where you can purchase vintage shirts should be done by this weekend, but the page is on fire.
