This paver walkway we completed using
Cambridge Onyx Natural with a Charcoal border, creating a clean and visual contrast.

How we ensured this was built to last-
▪️Excavated 10"+ to remove unsuitable material and create room for a stable, well-supported base.
▪️Mechanically compacted the subgrade to establish a firm, uniform foundation before placing base material.
▪️Installed ¾" minus.
▪️Compacted in 3" lifts to achieve proper density and reduce the risk of future settlement.

➡️ By properly preparing the subgrade, establishing a solid, heavily compacted base, and ensuring water can move freely away from the installation, we significantly reduce movement and long-term settlement. This is critical for performance in New Jersey's freeze-thaw conditions.
