Starters include Jersey Fresh Vegetarian Vegtable soup with fregola; Fresh Oysters, Clams Casino; then onto our newest signature Thai Barbecue Butterflied Porkchop; Pan Seared Red Snapper; Jersey Corn Risotto; Mojo Hangar Steak: Cajun parparadelle with Chicken and Keilbasa. Cool it down with our Lemon Pistachio Cheesecake or a great cocktail at the bar! Tonight we'll be celebrating our bartender Janice's Birthday..we cant say which one..we"ll let you guess! Summer's bounty is streaming in..vine ripened jersey tomatoes blanketed by fresh uber creamy burrata cheese, grilled hangar steaks..tender porks chop aupoive, clams and oysters....all that and more..craft beers on tap and great summer mojios, martini's and margaritas! Sunday..celtic session at 6!

Thank you to all those who came out in the rain last night for our Paranormal Event. All the readers and psychics had great interactions all night long! Our seance went very well with a new spirit attedning..her name is Katherine with a K..married in the early 1900's and passed from appendicitis on her wedding night. That along with some heartfelt messages with other guests made the night a huge success. Tonight..we're concentrating on our other "spirits"! Janice is behind the bar mixing up great summer specialties and has some new craft beers on tap. Jeremy is cooking up some fresh soft crabs, shucking fresh oysters and clams for casino. Fresh cubanelle peppers & steak "Empanadas". Chocolate spearmint creme brulee! A reminder that we will be closed this Sunday the 14th for a special event.

This weekend is upon us and Trinity is abuzz with all sorts of things. Friday Night marks the return of our HUGELY popular Paranormal Night. We welcome back our all star line up of guests...David Rosenhaus the "Rock & Roll Oracle", Robin Bader Linke..syncs you and the angels around you and Jennifer Leigh Davino our house medium. All three of these gifted people under one roof stimulates amazing energy. Readings with all 3 begin at 6 pm until 10:30 and our seance with Jennifer in our lower chamber commences promptly at 11 pm. Spaces for seance are limited and sign up sheets for the readings are done on a first come first serve basis. Now for the food! Jersey Shore Summer food is in full swing..fresh sauteed soft shell crabs, seared dayboat scallops, fresh zuchinni francaise "Grilled Cheese". clams oreganato or casino, fresh catches off the docks. Janice has some new craft brews on tap and is mixing up lots of fresh mint mojitos! Please note that we are closed this Sunday for a special event.
