Meet Donny, Our Grand Marshal of Design!

Whether he’s fine-tuning a brand’s identity or sketching out logos that actually make people say “wait, that’s cool,” Donny is the mastermind behind so many of the visuals that bring our clients’ stories to life.

When it comes to some of his favorite projects, Donny is especially proud of the logos he created for Danielle Robinson Pediatrics and LAGCOE. He’s also looking forward to seeing the RoyOMartin mural come to life (spoiler: it’s gonna be awesome)!

Off the clock, you’ll find Donny cruising on his bike, riffing on his guitar, or vibing to the sounds of Soul Train- because music is life.

We’re beyond lucky to have his sharp eye and killer design instincts on the Burning Stick team. 👏

Meet Jacob, our fellow Wordsmith & Party Animal!

Some people juggle tasks, Jacob juggles workflow, words, and wine glasses (and somehow makes it all look effortless). As Burning Stick Creative's resident copywriter, event coordinator, and general vibes manager, he keeps the ship on course, crafts compelling copy that converts, AND orchestrates engaging corporate experiences (that people want to attend).

Need an epic Gatsby Gala planned? Jacob’s already got the champagne chilled and the guest list alphabetized.

When he's not working, Jacob's nurturing his garden or hunting for vintage treasures at local markets. If it's Mid-Century Modern or just needs some sunshine to flourish, count him in!

With his witty humor and a serious knack for great conversation, Jacob brings the perfect blend of brains, charm, and creativity to our crew. We seriously love having him on the team!
