I am subbing Pilates Reformer, Chair, Wall units at Pilates 4 Bodies, for Ellene Friday; July 18th, Wednesday July 30th, Friday, Aug 1st, Monday, Aug 4th, Wednesday, Aug 6th.

Balancing and strengthening arms and lower body. 04/01/2025

Balancing on an Airex with one leg in this video you’ll strengthen your shoulder abduction, adduction, external rotation and rotator cuffs either a theraband. This can also be done on two legs without balancing if it’s too complicated or challenging.

Foot, ankle and knee strength is developed slowly with 40 reps on one leg. 10x reps to the front, side, back and side. Balancing creates strength and stability rehabilitating an old injury, or keeping joints liquid and strong. A pile can be used if balancing is too challenging.
