Today during Athletic Development, our campers learned the fundamentals of getting into a proper squat position, led by trainer . Building strong movement patterns is the foundation for strength, speed, and injury prevention!

Our 6–8-year-old campers participated in their very first group therapy session led by our amazing partners at West Georgia Counseling & Assessment.

At CYA, we believe in developing the whole child through our H.E.M.S. model—Health & Wellness, Education, Mental Health, and Spirituality. Providing a safe space for our youth to express their feelings, build confidence, and learn healthy coping skills is just as important as sports and academics.
