when I purchased a ginormous lot of vintage matchbooks at an auction a year ago, I knew immediately that I wanted to make some art out of these

here’s one of the pieces I’ve created and placed in a vintage wooden frame that I just sourced 😍

I love all of these matchbooks and it kinda gives 80-90’s takeout vibes - plus it’s interactive art - all of the matchbooks are still able to be opened so hang it on your wall near a candle and grab a match out of it every time you need one🤍
