We are excited to announce a significant milestone for Girls Keeping It Real as our first young lady, Denim, who was mentored by LaCretia Wallace and Sabrina Walker is set to graduate this Thursday, June 4th, 2026. Denim has consistently demonstrated her responsibility by staying connected, volunteering her time at our community Backpack Giveaway, and seeking guidance and referrals for her first job; Denim learned how to make gift baskets and what it takes to become an entrepreneur. We are proud to see her on track for great success. Ladies, we have many more lives to impact and get back on track. We extend our gratitude to the parents for trusting and supporting us. 🫶🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾💪🏾

Valentine’s Day can feel loud when you’re single.

But I want to gently remind anyone who may be spending today alone — alone does not mean lacking.

I’ve been single for years now. And while I absolutely believe in love, partnership, and God-ordained marriage, I also know this: I am not incomplete in this season.

Psalm 34:10 says,
“Those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.”

If you have God, you are not without.
If you have His presence, you are not empty.
If you have His love, you are not behind.

I’m trusting God with my future — not anxiously, not desperately — but confidently. What He ordains, He sustains. And what He prepares, He protects.

So today, instead of focusing on what isn’t here yet, focus on what already is:
Peace.
Purpose.
Growth.
Healing.
Preparation.

Love is not just something you receive — it’s something you become whole in first.

And if God is in your life, you already have the greatest love story ever written.
